Orbay Lilla is one of the standout and most versatile figures of the young jazz scene, actively working as a singer, composer, bandleader, and pianist within her own formation.
Their music draws inspiration from the melody-driven, atmospheric sound world of the 1970s, blending it with modern arrangements and the distinctive improvisations of the band members. The group is recognised both in Hungary and internationally, having performed at festivals such as EuroJazz in Mexico City and the Amersfoort World Jazz Festival in the Netherlands.
Their debut single, Paradise Ablaze, was released in December 2023.
