Felső Tízezer: Éljen a diszkó! EP Release Show, with DARĀGE + Sárkánygarbó
Before its release, A Felső Tízezer will play through its new EP in full, joined by DARĀGE and Sárkánygarbó.

Schedule
The Hungarian indie-rock guerrillas of Felső Tízezer, armed with driving guitars and affectionately cynical lyrics, dedicated the first half of 2026 to creating new material, returning refreshed in the second half of the year. Their upcoming full-length album moves away from the darker tone of their previous record and will be a synthesis of the band’s colorful, catchy, yet always slightly skeptical musical world developed over more than a decade. They will now present their Éljen a diszkó EP at Akvárium Klub, joined by DARĀGE and Sárkánygarbó.
DARĀGE make experimental, loud guitar music, featuring plenty of fuzz and reverb, distorted vocals, and Hungarian-language stream-of-consciousness lyrics. Their sound combines elements of psych rock, prog rock, and math rock, delivered with maximum intensity. Their musical world draws on the influences of the band members’ heroes, including Uranium Club, Osees, and King Gizzard.
Sárkánygarbó is an acoustic singer-songwriter duo consisting of Petra Kóródi (guitar, vocals) and Emese Tóth (ukulele, vocals). Their lyric-driven songs explore rural life, moving to Budapest, love, and heartbreak, blending these themes with motifs from Hungarian folk music. The duo was recently joined by Bese Szórád, who adds a range of instruments to soften the duo’s melancholic mood.
Akvárium
As they describe themselves, it is Budapest's most frequented venue, which is also multifunctional. Akvárium is great for award ceremonies, afternoon coffees and, most importantly, concerts, thanks to the well-picked, cross-genre selection.
