Both screenings of Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma, one of the most popular films of this year's BIFF, sold out fast, so we decided to organise a third, special screening as part of the BIFF CineScape programme. This time we will watch the film in a venue that eerily evokes its world: the stunning theatre hall of the Duna-part Nyaralóházak holiday cabins in Göd.

▶︎ Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma (dir. Jane Schoenbrun, 2026)
Premiering at Cannes and awarded the Queer Palm, the film stars Gillian Anderson (The X-Files) and Hannah Einbinder (Hacks). Together, they navigate a maze of memories, blurred boundaries between film and reality, and their own complicated relationships with sexuality.

GETTING THERE
▶︎ By shuttle – retro Ikarus bus (“+ Shuttle” ticket)
A vintage articulated Ikarus bus brings the atmosphere of the 1980s to life, making the journey part of the experience.
Meeting point: 4:15 PM at the entrance to Corvin köz on the József körút side. Departure: 4:30 PM. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes.

Take an S70 or G70 train from Nyugati Railway Station towards Vác or Szob. The journey to Felsőgöd station takes approximately 25–30 minutes. From there, it’s a 15–20-minute walk (1.2 km) towards the Danube, following Duna út to the venue. We recommend checking the Sunday timetable in the MÁV app before travelling.

The journey from central Budapest takes approximately 35–45 minutes, depending on traffic. Free parking is available on the holiday complex grounds.
