Born in Naples, Giorgio Lopez grew up in the local jazz-funk scene, honed his skills on keyboards, and emerged as a notable figure in the Italian music scene as a producer and selector. His DJ sets could be described as a distinct blend of boogie, house, tropical grooves, and Balearic vibes—though, of course, this merely puts words to the free, uninhibited wandering that such performances truly represent in practice.
He is currently promoting his latest album—created with contributions from Bernardino Femminielli, Stella Zekri, and Master Phil, among others—and is now rambling through Budapest, where we happily welcome him.
