Az elsĆ Szabadot 2019-ben nyitottuk a KirĂĄly utcĂĄban, 2023 szeptemberĂ©ben pedig megnyitottuk az Ăj Helyet a jĂłzsefvĂĄrosi VĂg utcĂĄban.
Amikor a Szabad BisztrĂłt megĂĄlmodtuk, egy olyan közössĂ©gi helyet kĂ©pzeltĂŒnk el, ahol nem csak kĂvĂĄlĂł vegĂĄn Ă©teleket fogyaszthatsz, de kellemes, laza hangulatban tudsz talĂĄlkozni, koccintani a barĂĄtaiddal.
SzĂĄmos kiĂĄllĂtĂĄsnak, workshopnak Ă©s kisebb zenei rendezvĂ©nyeknek adtunk teret; a Szabad BisztrĂł a környĂ©k egyik kedvenc talĂĄlkozĂł helye lett, de ugyanĂgy nĂ©pszerƱ a vĂĄrosba lĂĄtogatĂł turistĂĄk között is. 2021-ben a FelelĆs GasztrohĆs ĂĄltal szervezett felelĆs vendĂ©glĂĄtĂł helyek versenyĂ©ben megkaptuk a közönsĂ©gdĂjat, ugyanebben az Ă©vben az Ăv KutyabarĂĄt Ătterme dĂjat is elnyertĂŒk. Többek között a We Love Budapest, a Funzine, a Happy Cow Ă©s a Livekindly is Budapest legjobb vegĂĄn helyei között tart minket szĂĄmon.
