Secondary Stories
"Secondary Stories" is built around personal stories that, when placed side by side, come together to form collective experiences. The works on display relate to the female body, caregiving, violence, silence, and everyday power dynamics. They bring to light stories that often remain in the background or lose their social significance.

"Secondary Stories" is built around personal stories that, when placed side by side, come together to form collective experiences. The works on display relate to the female body,
caregiving, violence, silence, and everyday power dynamics. They bring to light stories that often remain in the background or lose their social significance.
The term “secondary” in the title refers both to women’s historical social status and to the narratives that rarely take center stage. The works on display do not merely illustrate these issues but approach them from various perspectives, creating a space where individual and collective experiences intersect.
The exhibition does not offer ready-made answers, but rather opens up a space where the social significance of personal stories can be reinterpreted, and where women’s experiences are not merely depicted subjects, but a formative force in collective thinking.
The pop-up exhibition is the first stage of a longer-term project. “Secondary Stories” will continue in various spaces and contexts, each time expanding on the questions raised with new works and new points of connection. The next presentation will take place in two months at a new venue.
