On May 22, the musical atmosphere will be created by Chaac, aka Máté Lukács. His ambient, dub-influenced style will be accompanied by live painting by visual artists Lili Kókai and Bence Márton.
Further enhancing the audiovisual experience, readings will be performed by Dorka Csoboth, Orsolya Láng, Hajnal Csilla Nagy, Ilka Papp-Zakor, and Zsófia Ráday.

The interdisciplinary performance “Synesthesia” welcomes audiences with live painting, music, and literary readings.

The painters
Bence Márton is a graphic artist and tattoo artist. He graduated from the Hungarian University of Fine Arts in 2025, with a diploma project consisting of a full-back tattoo series depicting the seven deadly sins. He has been tattooing since 2015 and also works as a private tutor helping young people prepare for artistic careers. His recent exhibitions include KOROMARKET — Art Exhibition and Fair, Korom group exhibition (2025); ELYSIUM — Korom Artist Run Space, group exhibition (2025).
Lili Kókai is a Budapest-based painter and a fifth-year painting student at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts. Her artistic practice centers on figurative painting, characterized by expressive brushwork, abstract fragmentation, and explorations of the body, entropy, and dehumanization. Alongside painting, she also creates sculptural works, primarily using ceramics, tiles, and glass objects. She has also been active as a tattoo artist since 2018. Her recent exhibitions include the group exhibition Last One Out Turn Off the Lights! at Barabás Villa, the duo exhibition Emptiness Left the Room at Mester Gallery, and the solo exhibition A Little Entropy at Cube Coffee Bar.
The readers
Dorka Csoboth (1999) — graduating this year from the MA program in Aesthetics at ELTE. She works with text, still images, and moving images. She spends a lot of time thinking about Spinoza and Cicciolina.
Hajnal Csilla Nagy was born in 1992 in Lučenec. She lives in Budapest with her dog, Zora, and is a member of the Gólya Cooperative. Her published books include Why Are We Afraid of Mad People? (poetry collection, 2016); Seven (novel, 2021); Octopus Farm (verse novel, 2025); and From an Almost Reasonable Distance (poetry collection, 2025).
Orsolya Láng (1987) grew up in Târgu Mureș, studied film directing in Cluj-Napoca, and later earned a master’s degree in animation from Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design in Budapest, where she also completed her doctorate this year on the memory poetics of Eastern European auteur animation. She writes and draws. Her books include Milk Sculpture (novella, 2015), Between the Ribs (poetry, 2016), Trajectory Stickers (travel writings, 2020), Personal Reasons (poetry, 2021), and House, Afternoon (poetry, 2024).
Zsófia Ráday was born in 1999 in Miskolc and currently lives mainly in Budapest and Debrecen. She is a poet, editor, proofreader, and PhD student at ELTE Faculty of Humanities. In 2025, her first poetry collection, The Victory Speech of the Silence King, was published by Okapi Press. She has never been a silence king.
Ilka Papp-Zakor (1989) is a writer, translator, and tour guide. Her books include Angel Dinner (JAK+Prae, 2015), The Last Zoo (Kalligram, 2018), When It Freezes (Kalligram, 2021), and The Ventriloquist Searches for an Echo (Kalligram, 2024).
