At first glance, walking seems a simple, everyday activity: we set off from somewhere and arrive somewhere. But what happens when it is not the destination, but the act of walking itself that becomes important?

The exhibition *Walk This Way* shows how walking has become an artistic medium and how it has become intertwined with social, political and urban planning issues. Walking can be a form of discovery, observation and exploration, but it can also be a form of resistance or political action.

The exhibition also explores how walking changes our relationship with our surroundings. When we slow down, we perceive the city, nature and even our own thoughts differently. Walking is thus not merely a means of transport, but one possible way of understanding the world.
