Johnny Biglip Band

The Johnny Biglip Band was formed in 1991 as a university band, and the current line-up was formed in 1995.

In the more than 3 decades since then, they have played in all the major clubs and festivals in the capital, as well as on the main stages of some European blues festivals. Besides traditional blues, they play mainly Chicago blues, mainly from B.B. King, Muddy Waters, Ray Charles. The jubilee evening will of course also feature classic songs, but with a special emphasis on original songs from the Plug & Play album.
