The Sharonz

The Sharonz band was put on the map of Hungarian popular music in June 2017, when they released their song "From Eden to East" and held their debut concert at the Darshan Udvar in Budapest. Following this, they released their first single in the summer of 2018, titled Te meg én.

After the release of the album, they didn't have to wait long for their first major professional recognition, as in autumn 2018 they were awarded the Start-up Artist Grant of the National Cultural Fund's Sound Booking Programme. With the help of the programme, they produced their album Illusion, which was released on 1 October 2019. The first single from the album is the song "Wildflower", whose music video has brought the band outstanding views.

The band has played numerous concerts in Budapest (A38, Gödör) and in the countryside, both in "loud" and acoustic form. They have performed at renowned Hungarian festivals such as Fishing on Orfű, Valley of Arts, Tiszavirág Festival in Szolnok, Kolor Festival, Hírös 7 Festival and at several city events and village festivals.

In 2020, the orchestra took advantage of the opportunities. They released three songs, two of which are in constant rotation on Kecskemét's Gong Radio and Beat online radio, and shot a session video to make up for the cancelled concerts.

In autumn 2021, they released their second album Szép más világ (Beautiful Other World). The album's title track and their song "Utolsó ilyen dal" (The Last Song Like This) were included in the Petőfi Rádió, Beat! and Gong Radio.

The band made it into the top 40 of A Dal 2022 with their song Szép más világ (A Beautiful Different World). They were invited to Petőfi TV's I am you, where they had to cover Nemazalány and Szofi's hit Empty Hearts, which they did with great success.

The band celebrated their fifth anniversary in 2022, and to celebrate, they released their single Dilemma in October and held a sold-out birthday concert in Budapest.

Sharonz are currently working on their third album, which will be released in autumn 2023.
