Mary Nótár

He was born on 2 July 1985 in Veszprém, but most of his life has been spent in Taktaharkány and Miskolc, a large village in Zemplén. Almost all his family members play an instrument of some kind. His grandfather is a prima player, his father Ferenc Nótár is a keyboard and guitar player, as is Mary. She has been singing from a very young age and has performed with her father many times.

Her career took off in 2002, after she was discovered in a talent contest in 2001, and her first solo album 'Once Upon a Night' was released. Her name was first introduced after the release of her album with Roma artists, 'Roma Parade 2', on which her song 'Here is Red, Where is Red' became a favourite at weddings and balls. Following two more solo albums, he also made two duet albums with Csaby Bódi under the name 'Bódi Guszti Csillagai'.

In 2007 he received the Jimmy Zámbó Award.

In 2008, his fifth solo album 'Hódító varázs' (Conquering Magic) was released, with the joint production 'Összetart a dal' (The Song that Brings Me Together) topping the charts. In 2009, his sixth solo album 'Érzések' (Feelings) was released, with another hit song 'Red Dress' becoming a favourite of many.

In 2010, his production team decided to change their image, replacing Magic World, which had been around for 10 years, with SkyForce, and the result was a new release, 'Rumcsaka'. Here, unlike usual, Mary Nótár has shown that she is not only a great mulatto singer, but also feels at home in the pop world, as exemplified by her first solo music video 'Waiting for you'. These have been followed by several new albums and music videos, which have been ranked high in several charts. One of his most watched music videos was for the song 'Shake me', which exceeded 20 million views by 2018.

The end of 2013 and the beginning of 2014 brought a lot of new things for the singer, as she gained a lot of popularity in the TV2 show Sztárban sztár, where she reached the 3rd place, and also on TV2 in the show Nagy Duett with László Fekete she reached the 4th place.
