DJ Titusz

Active electronic musician since 1995. From 1996 to 2005 he hosted various radio programmes on Tilos Radio. Since 1997, he has been a key figure in Budapest's cultural life, playing as a DJ for jazz (Budbudas, Skeg, Skoda) and world music (Anima Sound System, Beshodrom) bands. In 1998 he started to create his own electronic music and songs. In the same year he started to hold weekly open mic jam sessions, where he met the future members of his band GIMMESHOT CREW. In 2003, he released the debut album of GIMMESHOT's singer Sena (Sena - The First One) and toured as a DJ with the band Dzihan & Kamien. In 2002, he came third and the following year second in the Hungarian DMC championship. In the last years he was busy with the production of his vinyl Hungarian HipHop History and formed an electro live-act duo with Sematic4 called microbeat, with whom he toured on major festivals. He also DJs with turntables and MPC and creates beats in real time.
