Since 2013, the Pepita Dance Association has been bringing the world of swing dancing to life in Budapest – offering classes, organizing jazz-filled swing events, and building a community.

We grow together – not just through steps, but through shared experiences, while immersing ourselves in the spirit and charm of the golden age of jazz.

To us, Pepita is more than a place or a dance school – it’s a community where the energy of swing meets the freedom of jazz. A welcoming space where anyone can discover these joyful dances in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere – whether you're just starting out or already an experienced dancer.

We believe that dance and music are far more than a sequence of steps – their true power lies in what they express and what they allow us to share. Our goal is to pass on the joy, inspiration, and sense of belonging we’ve found through this community to everyone who joins us.

Thanks to the passion of our dancers and teachers, we’re not only active at home but increasingly present on international stages as well. We take part in competitions, celebrate podium finishes, and travel across Europe to learn and grow – always with dedication, heart, and a drive to become better dancers and better teachers.
