What better way to tell the story of a man's life than through the stories of his loves?
We think of this and of our own happy and unhappy moments and years as we get to know the story of Crane.
The protagonist of Krisztián Grecsó's 2014 best-selling novel takes inventory. As he reviews his past relationships and old versions of himself, he does some introspection, drawing his own self-portrait. Grecsó writes not what happened to Crane, but how Crane remembers what happened and how it happened. And the remembering is not just bittersweet nostalgia, but a struggle between a vague past and an uncertain future. Daru's relationships evoke situations of upbringing and transformation, while revealing his psyche and inner conflicts. And when the inventory is complete, it is possible to move on. Or not?
The saying is often true: "I wanted to be what I am only when I want to be what I was then." "Crane goes and sees himself gaining weight, then losing weight again, moving away, then back, then away again, sees a possible future. And he's pretty sure he will. He's going after you, Crane in front, her behind, and even if he could he wouldn't want to catch up, but since everything is going to be so calculated, he doesn't want to. He knows far more about himself than is worth knowing, or than can be borne."

Jurányi House
The Jurányi Production Community Incubator House has become a key venue in the capital's cultural life, a vibrant hub of the contemporary art scene.
Our aim in creating the Jurányi was to find a stable, shared home for the independent theatre and creative arts sector, providing the infrastructure necessary for its day-to-day operations. We wanted to create a cultural centre in the Buda area, a "contemporary art house" where theatre-loving young people could spend a few hours over a coffee or even a theatre performance, a creative children's activity or an acrobatic movement class, thus re-filling the abandoned educational institution with an active community life.
Jurányi is more than just a theatre in Buda, it is a creative and creative base where visitors can enjoy a varied artistic, community, and educational program, in addition to a regular repertoire of 300 productions a year. We are proud that the Jurányi House is now a graduation subject in some art schools.
