He can't stop writing about himself in E/3, despite all its weirdness, or perhaps because of it, but he welcomes everyone to the opening!

Schedule

Boglárka Kovács "Bogyó" Kovács is an artist, poet and career-ending aesthete, although she is not yet fully convinced of the latter's existence. She was born in 2001, although what is perhaps more witchy about the stars is that it is May 1, although she only realised the significance of this years later. Since then, his art has sought to share this with the happy and the unhappy, mostly the unhappy, the oppressed, the deprived of their agency, be it the individual, a class, the body, society, or the inevitable loneliness of being. Nowadays, I sometimes have the pathos of thinking that if János Pilinszky's art and Erzsébet Schaár's art had a love child, that would be her art. It is these musings that he tries to present to the unwary onlooker in his exhibition "Oppressed Bodies, Rebellious Women".

Opening programme:

16:15 - Some thoughts from the artist

16:30 - Surprise acoustic concert (big reveal coming soon, stay tuned!)

The exhibition will be open until 21 May during Manyi's opening hours.

The exhibited artworks are available for purchase, more info on site or on @artsfortherevolution instagram.

Location

MANYI

Se nem foglaltház, se nem romkocsma, de mindenképpen olyan közösségi tér és kultúrgócpont, ami olyan egykori történelmi helyek hagyományát viszi tovább, mint a Kultiplex vagy a West Balkán.
