Roger Radcliffe is a bachelor composer living in London with his male Dalmatian Pongo. Pongo decides to find Roger a wife and spots the Dalmatian and his owner walking down the street, and during a brisk walk in the park, he sets him up with Anita, who also has a Dalmatian, Perdita.
Perdita soon gives birth to 15 puppies. Later that evening, they are visited by Cruella de Fras, Anita's former classmate, who wants to buy the whole litter. Roger definitively refuses, whereupon Cruella hires two criminals, Jasper and Horace, to kidnap the puppies so that she can make fur from their fur...
