The organ, one of Müpa Budapest's attractions, is a must-see for anyone visiting the Béla Bartók National Concert Hall. This time, however, visitors will not only be able to admire the impressive construction and rich sound of the instrument, but will also be able to gain an insight into its "secrets" under the guidance of organist László Fassang.

The leader of the renewed programme, named Organ Expedition, a professor at the Liszt Academy of Music and the Conservatoire National Superieur in Paris, editor of the Müpa organ concerts, will speak as an expert on the history of organs over many centuries, and then, in a presentation with a projection and many interesting facts, will present the Müpa's 92-register, 5-manual instrument with 6804 pipes.

The programme will conclude with a short virtuoso demonstration to give participants a taste of the endless possibilities of the instrument.
