This unique international project is a series of festivals travelling along trans-European rivers, connecting participants through art, music and civic programmes, and creating opportunities for shared reflection on our future, our society and our environment.

What is Fluctuations?
Fluctuations is more than a festival; it's a journey into the future, which we call Flutopia. Flutopia is not a perfect, unattainable utopia, but a real, tangible initiative. Our goal is to work together, across borders, to build a new, more sustainable and just society.
