Schedule
At 19:00, meet at Heroes' Square.
Participants bring their home-carved Halloween pumpkins. View and take photos of the lit pumpkins and Halloween costumes. The lights of the jack-o-lanterns, the creative costumes and the atmosphere of the twister await you.
At 21:00, everyone will take their jack-o-lanterns and go home in silence.
This is not just a Festival of Lanterns!
We ask all participants to bring 1-3 canned goods or any non-perishable food items.
The food collected will be distributed to children in need by the Children's Food Foundation.
No money can be bought at the festival, no money can be asked for!
If you want to sell something, we ask you not to come ... really!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This is a free event as it is completely non-profit,
so there is no money for a display rack or stand.
You can drop your pumpkins anywhere in the square like this.
to avoid clustering around the statue !
You may have to wait patiently for a nicely carved
but it's worth it.
We ask you not to let your children climb on the statue ! Take care of each other !
Special thanks for not leaving anything on the square at the end of the event, except the canned food at the collection table, which we will deliver to the Children's Food Foundation !

Heroes' Square
One of the capital's main symbols and perhaps the most famous and most visited square in Hungary, Heroes' Square. The end of Andrássy Avenue and the gateway to the City Park.
