During the evening, we will recall our most memorable performances, as well as present new productions with renowned guest artists from the worlds of dance, music and theatre.
The start of our 16th season is a great source of pride and a real celebration for us, especially at a time when the independent arts space is shrinking. The aim of this event is to create a joyful celebration and to ensure the long-term sustainability of our Company. We look forward to the next 15 years with plans, determination and hope to maintain our artistic integrity and to continue to work towards giving dance a worthy place in cultural life.
Over the past 15 years, the Éva Duda Company has become a key part of the contemporary dance scene, with performances attracting more than 12,000 spectators annually. We are regular performers at the National Dance Theatre and have been successful at national and international festivals. Our mission is to promote dance widely and to respond to current events and social challenges. Our aim is to inspire through our artistic work, to explore new paths and to give space to dance!

The largest indoor complex in Hungarian railway history, a system of vast covered spaces unique in Europe, the Northern Railway Maintenance and Engineering Works was built between 1884 and 1886. After years of alterations and renovations, starting from 2020 it is now home to the Hungarian State Opera’s new logistics and art centre.
