The avant-pop and electronic superstar Charli xcx has become an iconic figure in the arts, contributing to the expansion of the popular music landscape over the past decade as her artistry has seamlessly crossed the underground and mainstream. Throughout his pioneering career, the multi-award-winning artist has won critical acclaim for his innovative style and entrepreneurial spirit, and transformed pop culture with his forward-thinking approach. In June, his sixth studio album, BRAT, was released and became the most critically acclaimed album of his career, reaching number one in the UK OLicial Album Chart in October.

'BRAT' made its mark on the cultural zeitgeist in 2024, with a bold campaign that saw Charli cause roadblocks around the world with her 'PARTYGIRL' DJ sets, viral videos and surprising collaborations with the likes of Billie Eilish, Lorde, Addison Rae, Robyn, Yung Lean, Julia Fox, Chloë Sevigny and Rachel Sennott, and introduced a new green sound to the music scene. In October, Charli continued with 'Brat and it's completely diLerent but also still still brat' - a brand new version of the critically acclaimed album featuring reimagined recordings and innovative reworkings of 'BRAT' songs, featuring artists such as Julian Casablancas, Bon Iver, The 1975, Shygirl, Ariana Grande, Caroline Polachek. Charli is also working on a number of film and TV projects, following her breakthrough hit last year with her score for the Barbie soundtrack "Speed Drive". Charli will also star in Daniel Goldhaber's remake of the 1978 cult horror film 'Faces of Death' and Greg Araki's erotic thriller 'I Want Your Sex'. Her impact was confirmed last year when Charli received the Visionary Award at the Ivor Novellos Awards in London, the Powerhouse Award at Billboard's Women In Music ceremony in March and the ASCAP Global Impact Award in May.
Shipyard Island (Óbuda Island)
Óbudai Island, also known as Hajógyári Island, is an island in the Danube in the administrative district of Budapest III. Óbudaisziget is also a part of the city of Budapest. It is a popular place for excursions, but it is not because of this that it has become better known, but because of the Sziget Festival, which has been held here every year since 1993.
