written by Sean O'Casey for his one-act play: János Antal Horváth

Played by Áron Molnár, Tamás Mohai, Eszter Földes

Luca and Peti are a young married couple expecting their first child: any minute now. Luca is full steam ahead to prepare for the new life, but Peti is still stuck between two worlds: commitment is scary, but not committing is even more so. One brings with it a predictable, boring life where everyone is in their pyjamas by 9pm. The other may offer freedom, but in the pursuit of superficial adventures you can be left without a real partner....

Schedule

Luca stops waiting for Pete to put together the baby cot and takes matters into her own hands, while Pete tries to solve his dilemma with his best friend Móric, who may not be the best advisor. Meanwhile, they see in each other's lives what is missing in theirs. This one-act comedy in one act, with a recognisable beginning/end, speaks playfully, honestly and sensitively through everyday situations about taking responsibility and the decision that everyone has to make sooner or later. This performance, with elements of circus, shows how much of a role one has to play in a modern couple's relationship and how difficult it is to find a balance. Literally.
