The Qualitons
While 2024 was the year of return for Qualitons, 2025 will be the year of continuation. The band's comeback album, "Club Eco Vol I - The Trail", was released in May 2024, but the band has been working on a follow-up since the summer and a new album is due out soon.
The album, still under the working title Club Eco Vol II, is expected to be released later this year. You can hear the first tracks at the aquarium party on 27 February, but there will be other surprises too!

The Qualitons are an open, inclusive musical community whose music is inspired by the sound and energy of psychedelic rock, funk and beat music from the 60s and 70s.
The band's musical output over more than a decade and a half has earned them widespread critical acclaim: the Qualitons were the first Hungarian band to play live in the studio of KEXP, the most popular community radio station in the United States. They tour regularly across Europe and in 2019 they performed at the SXSW festival in Texas. Their songs are regularly played on international radio stations such as KEXP, BBC Radio 6 Music and Jazz FM in London.
Akvárium
As they describe themselves, it is Budapest's most frequented venue, which is also multifunctional. Akvárium is great for award ceremonies, afternoon coffees and, most importantly, concerts, thanks to the well-picked, cross-genre selection.
