The Open Day is an opportunity to showcase the day-to-day life and big events of our training. You will have the opportunity to have a look at the classes, meet the masters and students in person, learn about the structure of the training, behind the scenes, take a look at the exams and lectures, and of course have your questions answered.
The Hungarian National Ballet and the Hungarian State Opera House launched the Hungarian National Ballet Institute in September 2016, which is open to children aged 4-14. The youngest children receive professional tuition, with the smallest having one hour twice a week and the oldest having nearly 25 hours a week. Classical ballet is taught using the Vaganova method. They also learn modern dance, tap, folk dance, character dance, and have additional classes in RG and Pilates. There are currently 10 classes, the youngest are in kindergarten and the oldest are currently 16. Our teachers are excellent masters, most of them former dancers of the Hungarian National Ballet. The artistic director of the school is Radina Dace.

EIFFEL ART STUDIOS
The largest indoor complex in Hungarian railway history, a system of vast covered spaces unique in Europe, the Northern Railway Maintenance and Engineering Works was built between 1884 and 1886. After years of alterations and renovations, starting from 2020 it is now home to the Hungarian State Opera’s new logistics and art centre.
