Judit Szalipszki is a curator, cultural worker, and employee of Trafó Gallery. After her studies at the ELTE and her bachelor studies in art theory at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts, she has been working in contemporary art galleries and as a freelancer she has organized various art events. She studied at the Master of Arts and Society at Utrecht University and graduated in 2018 from the PXL University Art Sense(s) Lab programme in Hasselt, Belgium, focusing on the senses of smell, taste and touch. From time to time, she realises events and exhibitions as part of the curatorial collective BÜRO imaginaire. As a curator, she is primarily concerned with the practice of artists who see food as a medium and interpret food in ecological systems, as well as with artistic practices that focus on patterns of care, healing and illness.
