This film is a love child. Born out of love and pain. It is authentic because it is non-judgmental. It doesn't want to drag the viewer into the abyss, it walks the thin line where the message touches but the emotions don't cloud the clarity. It's about children and being children, about joyful catching and smiles in the rubble. It is about Tamara, about perseverance and constant renewal amidst the tragedies of everyday life. It is about strength, weakness and endless vulnerability. With its intimate imagery, its intimate presence, it lifts the veil and gives a brief glimpse of the problems. It is a sound play because the text is the protagonist. A picture poem that tells the story of a day, moving from reality to the world of dreams. The two support each other, reinforce each other. It touches the child and the parent. It invites and seeks answers. From all of us.

The issue of 'state care', the situation of children in care, is a neuralgic point in modern society. In our country, too, debates flare up from time to time, even at parliamentary level, but it is only through personal fates, decisions and commitments that we can shed light on the root of the problem. The film provides a glimpse into the Hungarian child protection system today, into the day of a child protection professional, into the memories of children who have lived through the system - now adults - and into the dreams of some children in state care.
