DesignFest
DesignFest, taking place for the first time this year, is an independent, open festival aimed at bringing together the Hungarian design community. Its goal is to create a shared platform where designers, design studios, creative businesses and institutions can showcase their programmes simultaneously, under a unified visual identity, strengthening each other’s visibility and reaching both industry professionals and the wider public. The festival is organised by the Hungarian Furniture and Woodworking Association, with the Object Design Centre of Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME) as its key professional partner.

BE PART OF DESIGNFEST!
Let’s build the design community together! Become one of our Programme Partners and bring your own event to DesignFest! Taking place from 12–22 November 2026, this year’s festival has no specific theme. DesignFest aims to create a space for collective reflection on design and to showcase its diversity to a wider audience. That’s why we see the variety of programmes and venues not as a limitation, but as a strength.
Budapest
The best things to do in Budapest! Several medieval bridges connect the 2 sides of the city that give it its name: Buda and Pest. Cruising along the Danube is a great way to see Budapest in all its glory.
