Each separate scene is an exchange of ideas between one or two people sitting around sipping their coffee and smoking cigarettes, on such extraordinary topics as caffeinated lollipops, Elvis' conspiracy theory, the correct way to make English tea, Nikola Tesla's inventions, a fictional rock band called SQÜRL, Paris in the 1920s, and the use of nicotine as an insecticide...
