The works of the 7 young artists in the exhibition explore their environment and its impact on their identity. Their aim is to step out of the still politically bounded frames and make the body an open space, presenting it as a means of queer representation, resistance and transformation of normativity. This offers the exhibiting artists the opportunity to transform their own experiences into collective experiences, to try to find a place for their own identity in the system around them, and to transform their marginalized situation into visibility, initiating a discourse on the difficulties that are still relevant today.
