"The houses are eager to cherish their fatness, but if I touch them with my finger: they pop. The ground beneath me is hollow, the air around me is coloured and bright: I am in space. For long years I have mistaken myself for someone who is not; and even years after that, I have mistaken the intangible for the impossible. Countless fairies, not one and not more: that's who I am, the rest is just an illusion..."

Schedule
This Awakening takes you into a fairytale where you dream of two figures, two faces of your being.
They speak without words. They try to grow up where childhood never ends. Here, your dream colours the grey, you need nothing but a pillow for the magic, and if it's too dark, you draw stars in the sky with your own finger.
This production transports you to a world of circus and visual theatre. It looks at our own laziness, pettiness and cowardice with humour and poetry, as well as moments of courage and devotion. A story about the duality of man, trying to find ourselves in a maze of limits and dreams.
The production was presented in 2018 on the stage of the Divadlo Thália Theatre in Kazan, as part of the Visegrad Fund's residency programme, and in 2019 in Budapest at the Artus Studio. The premieres were followed by numerous international and national successes. The production has been presented at the Istanbul Fringe Festival in Turkey (2019) with the support of the Hungarian Institute in Istanbul, and has been selected for the Bergen Fringe Festival in Norway (2019), the Infinite Dance Festival in Oradea (2020) and the 2021 Valley of Arts Festival. With the support of the Hungarian Institute of London, the 2021 Voila! Europe Festival in London, where it was nominated for an OffFest Award. In the summer of 2024, it was featured in the programme of the French Avignon Off Festival.
