The Phoenician Scheme -- Művész Film Club with Lili Mesterhazy
Films that make you think. Films at the Művész Art Cinema that are good to talk about - together, freely.

Wes Anderson's latest film, The Phoenician Scheme, surprises us as a darkly-toned spy thriller, as it unravels the layers of a strange family business and a complicated father-daughter relationship. At the centre of the story are Zsa-zsa Korda (Benicio del Toro), her daughter Sister Liesl (Mia Threapleton) and her teacher Bjorn Lund (Michael Cera), and, as usual with Anderson, behind the apparent orderliness, an increasingly strange world is revealed.
After the screening, Lili Mesterházy will be there for you at the fourth edition of the film club for a discussion about the film - and although the guests are still a secret, it's worth looking forward to some exciting names.
