Henry Rollins: Good to See You
A true Renaissance icon behind the microphone.

What happens when the man once considered hardcore punk's most offensive stage phenomenon returns to the stage at the age of 61 with no musical accompaniment? Well, the late frontman of Black Flag will probably not be boxing with the audience now, but will continue the same line he was doing when the legendary band broke up in the mid-eighties: spoken word. The last time he performed like this in Budapest was 12 years ago, but now he's back to recount the events of his life in the short, pre-Covid period since the last Rollins Band tour, and the one after that, when things got even weirder. There are few Renaissance icons like this moving around the globe, so it's time to grab the remaining tickets as soon as possible.
Katona József Theatre
For more than 40 years, Budapest's best alternative theatre has been delivering excellent plays every season, admittedly aimed at the city's young people.
