Passages – Exhibition of MOME Design Students
Design today is less about classical expertise and more about pushing boundaries, exploring connections between different fields, and building bridges between science, art, intuition, and aesthetics.
As part of the Budapest Design Week 2025 program series, the joint exhibition of the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design’s Hungarian-language BA in Design and English-language MA in Design programs presents selected student works that showcase how these diverse worlds – theory and practice, artificial and natural, abstract and real – can interact with one another and create inspiring synergies.

Schedule
To uncover deeper layers, visitors will also have the opportunity to join a guided tour and a thematic roundtable discussion.
(Detailed program coming soon).
The exhibition is hosted by the Bäse – Creative Clubhouse, a fresh and innovative art space in Ferencváros that provides a new platform for the local creative community.
By stepping outside the university context, the student works highlight the importance of continuous passages between professional practice and education.
