Years have passed without one of the greatest bands of all time, Kisbetűs Ünnepnapok, celebrating its own Kisbetűs Ünnepnapok. It's time to put an end to this serious omission – on November 22, 2025, we will take over the small stage at Dürer Kert in a festive mood with the help of the band Corneus. Nomen est omen. 👻

🧑🦲kisbetűs ünnepnapok🧑🦲 Three classmates from Újpest got together as teenagers to play in a band, but since then they have explored more and more musical territory. Their sound, which draws on Hungarian alternative music traditions, is influenced by the freedom of the beat era of the 60s and 70s, as well as the subtlety and complexity of jazz and Latin music, but their songs also reveal a sense of confusion about the 2000s. They translate the chaos of the 2020s into pure sound. As this year's winners of the Hangfoglaló Induló Előadói Alprogram (Hangfoglaló Emerging Artists Subprogram), they returned to numerous domestic festivals in the summer, including Művészetek Völgye (Valley of Arts), Fishing on Orfű, and Sziget. They played twice as the opening act on the Budapest Park stage.
🧑🦲Corneus🧑🦲 The band Corneus was formed as a result of a special constellation. Although they have only been active for just over a year, they all knew from the moment they formed that this project would work. During their first year, they played sold-out concerts at Gödör, Turbina, and Három Holló, and on April 30, they released their first album, AMFOTÉRIA.

Recently moved from its original location, the Dürer is a staple of Budapest's metal scene. But don't be scared, it's worth a visit even if you just want to have a couple of drinks by the Danube. From spring, of course.
