From MOME To The World With Love! Exhibition
On 15 October, the exhibition ‘From MOME to the world, with love!’ opened at the MOME Campus, showcasing the works of students who had received the Stefan Lengyel Scholarship of Excellence for the 2024/25 academic year.
Exhibition runs: from 16 October -6 November
Venue: MOME Campus, District 12, Zugligeti Street 9.

Schedule
This year’s exhibition is organised around five core themes. The first focuses on local concerns, from Budapest to the village of Tomor in Borsod county, confronting various issues from the inner-city housing crisis to the development of primary school children and sustainability matters. Another explores the relationship between humans and nature through speculative design and the reinterpretation of everyday objects. A third examines social challenges affecting different communities, approached with empathy, and often informed by first-hand experience. The fourth centres on education across all age groups, from skill-building games to designs for contemporary university learning spaces. The fifth embraces open-ended experimentation with materials and forms, combining different techniques and media and seeking resonance between the visible, the audible, and the tangible.
MOME Ground
The MOME Ground is the centrally located square and main entrance of the university. As a reception area, it connects the campus buildings to the outside world. It is a point of arrival and orientation, a space for community activities; a meeting place both mentally and physically. It is home to the Cantine and the largest indoor event and exhibition venue on campus, with a capacity of 400 people.
