On November 11, Time Out Market Budapest invites guests on a special gastronomic journey featuring goose, wine, and live music. On this day, everything revolves around the goose: participating restaurants will offer carefully curated, unique St. Martin’s Day dishes in honor of the occasion. St. Martin’s Day is also known as a celebration for winemakers, as it traditionally marks the time when the first new wines of the year are ready. At Time Out Market Budapest, this evening will see the debut of Vylyan Bogyólé’s 2025 vintage, which guests will have the chance to taste here first. To mark the occasion, each St. Martin’s Day goose dish comes with a complimentary glass of Vylyan Bogyólé (while supplies last), making the experience truly complete. Everyone is warmly invited to savour the finest goose dishes, raise a glass to the new vintage, and enjoy the sounds of live jazz at this evening rich in flavour and music.
