Communití Gastroworkshop at Manyi
We warmly welcome you to our next gastronomic workshop, where the Nyami - Culinary Workshop team will give you a glimpse behind the scenes of the witch's kitchen, led by head chef Lujza Nényei.
This year, we are announcing three events, where we will prepare 3-5 types of sauces, jams, vegetable ragouts, and pickles together, creating a shelf-ready product family.
In addition to the dishes and procedures, we also strive to convey our philosophy, or at least navigate the matrix of how our household and nutrition can be sustainable, time- and energy-efficient, healthy, delicious, and affordable at the same time.

MANYI
Se nem foglaltház, se nem romkocsma, de mindenképpen olyan közösségi tér és kultúrgócpont, ami olyan egykori történelmi helyek hagyományát viszi tovább, mint a Kultiplex vagy a West Balkán.
