Schedule

Many of us have had the frustrating experience of not being able to sleep peacefully even when we have the opportunity to do so. Recently, the pervasive digitalization has also been threatening our sleep. According to statistics, one in three adults sleeps poorly, and the number of prescription sleeping pills has increased dramatically over the past three decades.

Sleep and dreams are a mysterious world, the processes of which are influenced by countless factors, but is it worth worrying about this (too)?

The host of the evening: Bence Horváth, journalist at 444.hu. Expert: Dr. György Purebl, professor of psychiatry and psychotherapy, university professor, director of the Institute of Behavioral Sciences at Semmelweis University, and president of the Psychotherapy Council Association.
