The first workshop will focus on white chocolate, while the second workshop will focus on dark chocolate. Immerse yourself in the world of chocolate for two days!
January 9-10, 2026
This workshop will focus on white chocolate.
On the first day, you will learn about the different types of chocolate and the theoretical basics of roasting, conching, tempering, and chocolate making. You will make chocolate bars, small chocolates, filled bonbons, and chocolate decorations from the chocolates in stock. At the end of the day, we will work together to create a white chocolate base in the conching machine.
By the morning of the second day, the white chocolate assembled at the end of the previous day will be ready in the conching machine. At the beginning of the day, you can try out different tempering methods with your freshly made chocolate (marble slab tempering, inoculation, cocoa butter), and then use the chocolate-making techniques you learned on the first day to make your own chocolate products from your own chocolate.
Come and immerse yourself in the world of chocolate for two days! You will really go home with your own chocolates from this workshop!

This workshop will focus on dark chocolate!
