Everybody loves a tasty old Hungarian meal and culinary delights. As well as us. At the same time, we would like to maintain a healthy lifestyle, without putting too much weight on, so our menu offer was created bearing this in mind, making sure that our guests will not only leave with a great culinary experience in a pleasant atmosphere, but also with their mind at rest that they maintained their general well-being at Bártfai. We have pledged to ensure that all produce we use will be sourced only from Hungarian suppliers, to guarantee high quality performance in a Hungarian kitchen. This means, not only the vegetables but all the meat products are also ordered directly from the small farmers, where the animals keepings and nutritional well beings are controlled and monitored
