Call Me by Your Name

Directed by: Luca Guadagnino

Starring: Armie Hammer, Timothée Chalamet, Michael Stuhlbarg

***Not recommended for viewers under 16.***

A summer in Northern Italy. For 17-year-old American Elio (Timothée Chalamet), it’s paradise. Every year, he spends his vacation in the same old villa and garden with his parents, surrounded by the same friends. They party, swim, listen to music, talk—and, of course, fall in love.

Elio’s father, an art historian, hosts a few of his students each year. This time, Oliver (Armie Hammer), working on his doctoral dissertation, arrives and disrupts the blissful harmony. He doesn’t quite fit in—too relaxed, too handsome, and hard to read.

This summer is different from all the others: joyful yet strange, filled with love and heartache. By the time it ends, nothing can ever be the same again.
