Chef's Table by Anyukám Mondta & Dallagiovanna
In April, Anyukám Mondta takes center stage with a truly special four-hands dinner experience. The evening will be hosted by Szabolcs Dudás, Szilárd Dudás and Giovanni Spera, who have jointly created a six-course pizza tasting menu.

As part of the Chef’s Table event series launched in February, each month one outstanding restaurant from Time Out Market Budapest is placed in the spotlight. During these exclusive, limited-capacity evenings, guests are given a behind-the-scenes glimpse: personal stories, inspirations, and unique dishes are presented—creations that are not available in the Market’s regular daily offerings.
Throughout the evening, the chefs personally guide guests through the menu, sharing the ideas behind each dish and the stories of their restaurants—all within an intimate, private gastronomic experience.
A true highlight of the event is the variety of pizza styles guests can explore: alongside classic Neapolitan foundations, Roman and padellino pizzas also make an appearance, all built around the “Pizza & Bubbles” concept. The menu offers a kind of Hungarian–Italian culinary journey, where carefully selected ingredients and creative, premium toppings are presented in a reimagined form. The experience is completed by six different sparkling wines, created under the Anyukám Mondta label in collaboration with the French Maison Louis de Grenelle, ensuring thoughtfully curated pairings for each course.
