Schedule
The Inferno Minor 🔥 choir was founded in 2013 and has been led by our conductor, Anna Horváth since 2018, who skillfully harmonizes our four-part mixed choir.
Our spring concert program evokes the atmosphere of the Balkans - pulsating rhythms, fiery melodies, and unexpected twists await us.
🎶 We believe in curating a repertoire of rarely heard choral works. We are enthusiastic about pieces that are special, lightheartedly humorous, or convey deep messages, as well as pieces in foreign languages.
🤩 We believe that even as an amateur choir, significant improvement and singing at a high level are possible. Our choir not only bonds during rehearsals but also in our personal lives. We love shared outings, winter ice skating, impromptu beer sessions, or simply arriving early to rehearsals for a chat.
😎 We rehearse once a week on Tuesday evenings near Szent Gellért tér (11th district). If you'd like to join us, auditions are held in January and September. Musical background is not required; age is just a number - all you need to bring is your dedication and good spirits! 😊
