Réka Gyevnár (HU): Already, but not yet

This solo maps the solitary process of transformation: that dense moment when an internal decision has been made, but full liberation is still yet to come. This state is the tremor between "already" and "not yet"; a moment suspended in mid-air where gravity has already decided, but the muscle still resists. The soul arrives sooner than the body. We already know the answer, we already feel the direction, but the flesh and bone still repeat the old patterns.

The piece explores the paradox of pure presence: how can we simultaneously be in what has passed and what is just beginning to emerge? A single process that never ends, as with every movement, the "not yet" becomes a new "already."

Choreographer and performer: Réka Gyevnár

Duration: approx. 25 min.

Lee Seung Ju (AT/KR): I tilt

Drawing from sensory and cognitive memories gained as a soldier in the Demilitarized Zone between North and South Korea, this performance explores how conflicting ideologies and political tensions are processed through the body. In this space, heightened alertness and postures born of tension coexist, examining how history, power, and ideology become tangible experiences through the body.

The piece ultimately asks how individual physical memories of past environments define our perception of the present and influence our reflection on reality.

Choreography, dance: Lee Seung Ju (AT/KR)

Collaborator: Jung In Lee
