For the first time in Hungary, Dr Gábor Máté will hold a full-day event entitled The Pathways to Healing: a series of talks, workshops and lectures to help us get started on the path to physical and mental health. The programme will be divided into three parts, during which the world-renowned doctor will show us different ways to change from within, while also giving us an insight into his own therapeutic methods. What really causes disease? How does today's toxic world affect individuals and society? What can we do to start on the road to recovery?
The event will be hosted by Al Ghaoui Hesna and will feature a full day of presentations by world-renowned Dr. Gábor Máté, Dr. Lilla Hárdi and Dr. László Buda, as well as a number of national and international organisations working for physical and mental health. In the breaks between lectures, discussions and therapeutic workshops, practical techniques will be presented that can help to process trauma and transform it into healing power.

Dr Gábor Máté will be in conversation with his world-renowned guests on the lifelong issues of parent-child relationships:
- On birth and pregnancy with Robin Lim, a practising midwife in Bali, and award-winning documentary filmmaker Eszter Cseke.
- On developing parent-child relationships and the inner journey of parenting with Dr. Shefali Tsabary and Together in the Family
- And on the adult parent-child relationship with her son and fellow author Daniel Máté.
