Viktória Vépy, representing LifestyleSkate, arrives on Thursday for a two-row skating practice.
After a short warm-up, we will go over the basics such as falling technique, braking, obstacle avoidance, and then learn a short beginner-level skate dance choreography, which we can dance together like this at the end:
