Two Central European foreign ministers go hunting in the forests near the border. One of them, Berger, accidentally wounds a young driver to death. As the politician is a top contender for an important EU post, the press immediately takes an interest in the case. The Secret Service assigns Agent Steiner (Szabolcs Hajdu) to prevent the scandal from erupting. Steiner has no idea who did the shooting, but when he meets an investigative journalist at the scene of the murder, the picture begins to clear. As the dead boy's family prepares for the funeral, Steiner is ordered to pay off someone who has taken the blame for the murder.
