To celebrate women, we are preparing a variety show entitled Being a Woman on the Lumen stage.

We will explore the typically appreciative compliments that begin "For being a woman..." through the medium of theatrical improvisation - how they dance the very fine line between pious criticism and reassuring role identity.

"Look how strong her handshake is for a woman!"

In the improvised one-act, we want to look into situations with two or more edges, not just from a female perspective.

We invite the audience to think together, this time with short scenes, characters found in the moment, all inspired by the audience.
