Schedule

Inspired by these ideas, the dancers take flight, soaring and floating freely through virtuosic choreographies that explore both vertical and horizontal space. Through striking contrasts, a network of sensations, emotions and thoughts unfolds in movement, as bodies collide, fall and merge into one another at the very limits of possibility, with almost engineering-like precision. Then, once again, they take flight, finding rest in the dreams of hope.

It is as though we are witnessing a vision from a feverish night, where countless little princes, embodiments of the world’s goodness and our faith in humanity, struggle against an indescribable, invisible force. Clinging to the extraordinary possibilities of existence, they rise once more, inviting the audience to share in a magical, feverish night – one from which we may awaken only to drift back into a dream.

On 15 February 2019, Budapest's unique new cultural arena opened its doors: the new National Dance Theatre in Millenáris Park. The building, equipped with the latest theatre technology and featuring unique architectural solutions, offers two theatre halls and a chamber hall for dance lovers, as well as rehearsal rooms for professional dancers. The foyer of the building will also become a community space open to visitors to the park, giving Millenáris the opportunity to become even more part of the capital's bloodstream.
