Schedule
What’s the difference between what an artist hears on stage and what the audience experiences in the room? Why does a club gig sound different from a festival performance? And what goes on behind the scenes to make a concert’s sound really come together?
Telekom Talks is here: a new conversation series by Telekom and Akvárium Klub, bringing you fresh and exciting topics every time. For our first event, we’ll explore one of the most important, yet often invisible, elements of the concert experience: sound. Through an interactive discussion and live demonstrations, we’ll discover how a concert’s sound takes shape from the stage to the audience, and what makes it truly memorable.
This isn’t a technical workshop, but an engaging look behind the scenes, explained in an accessible way through fascinating stories and live examples. It’s for you even if you simply love concerts and are curious about what happens behind the scenes before the first note rings out and during the show.
Taking us behind the scenes of live sound:
Dani Lugosi — musician and sound technician
Tamás Molnár — songwriter, singer and producer
Levi Kovácsi — Akvárium Klub’s head sound technician and Beton.Hofi’s sound engineer
The evening will be hosted by Zoltán “Zsiráf” Osztheimer of Supermanagement, sound technician for Azahriah, Desh and hiperkarma.

Location
Akvárium
As they describe themselves, it is Budapest's most frequented venue, which is also multifunctional. Akvárium is great for award ceremonies, afternoon coffees and, most importantly, concerts, thanks to the well-picked, cross-genre selection.
